Our mission starts here: helping people find themselves and build their own value.
- In person
- Group
- Youth programs

Your Thoughts Become Your Reality. “Mr. Karahn is changing our realities.”. Prevention Through Exposure. “True pillars of the community.”. Find Yourself. Build Your Value.. “He always feels supported and safe!”
Helping youth and adults see their own value, speak kindly to themselves and walk into rooms with confidence.
Low self esteem can sit under a lot of other struggles, from anxiety to trouble at school. At Keeping Hopes Alive, self esteem work happens in therapy, in groups and in programs built to give young people real wins.
Cuts and Confidence, run with Mark Cut My Hair, paired barbering lessons with mentorship and career exposure. Workbooks, journaling and positive self talk carry the work into everyday life.

Who it is for
- Youth who doubt themselves at school or with peers
- Adults rebuilding confidence after a hard season
