Forms on this site
The Start Care, Refer a Client and Join the Team forms send information over an encrypted connection to a secure, HIPAA compliant form system operated under a Business Associate Agreement. Form contents are not sent by plain text email. Staff receive a notification that a submission arrived, without health details, and review it in the secure system.
No tracking on forms
We do not run advertising pixels or analytics that capture what you type into our forms.
Maps and video
The Google map on our contact page loads only if you choose to show it. Videos on this site are hosted with the site itself.
Your health information
Once you become a client, your health information is protected under HIPAA and Maryland law. Ask our office for a copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices.
